Bilateral intraosseous ganglion of the talus

A bony cyst that is an intraosseous ganglion of benign nature includes epiphyseal and metaphyseal zones large bones. Intraosseous uncommon in talus all the cases described literature where patient had unilateral symptoms over ankle joint. No case has been reported with bilateral region causing complication subtalar 28-yr-old male presented to our OPD complain pain for last 9 months. Although motions were within acceptable norms, painful, movement was painfully reduced. The radiographic examination both foot confirmed no abnormalities. MRI testing revealed cystic lesion involving posterior aspect communicated joint, measuring (1.6x1.2cm) right (1.3x1.0cm) left side. treated by multiple drill hole PRP installation. After three months, clinical outcome outstanding, able resume his usual activities full painless range motion. Bilateral incredibly rare. Multiple holes or curettage should be employed treat symptomatic patients.
